The Standard Maldives

This property is accessible by Seaplane or Domestic flight only. Guests must arrive into Male before 1pm or they will be require to stay overnight in Male and catch the morning flight to the resort.

*Return Domestic Flights and Speedboat Transfers
The domestic flight transfer time from the International Airport to The Standard is about 20 minutes to Dharavandhoo Domestic Airport, followed by a 25 minute speedboat ride to the resort.

Upon arrival, after clearing Maldives immigration, customs and baggage collection, you will exit into the Arrivals Hall and greeted by our representative who will assist with the domestic transfer to The Standard, Maldives.

Guests must arrive into Male no later than 1pm on an international flight to catch their domestic flight transfer. Guests who arrive after this time will be required to stay overnight in a nearby Male’ hotel at their own cost. They will then be booked onto the morning transfer to The Standard.

The allowance for checked-in luggage is 25 kilos and hand carry is 5 kilos per person; above which there is an excess charge of US$2.00 per kilo. In extraordinary circumstances, luggage may be transported by a later flight due to weight restrictions.

This meal plan has it all. Get breakfast with coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks served at Kula only. Enjoy lunch at Kula, Todis or Joos Cafe.
